By more than 10 times improvement of material and technics, our SiC ceramic pump can withstand high impact. So that it can be applied in large solids position such as ball mill pump and cyclone feed pump. In our current case, the largest solid size reaches to 25mm.
We Are Original Factory
SiC ceramic parts of slurry pump, are produced by our own high quality raw material, and are fired in automatic nitriding furnace at temperature 1400℃, to generate ceramic nitride bonded silicon carbide (Si3N4-SiC).
Then the SiC ceramic parts are bonded with metal shell, to show the structure as below:
